Job Description

Administers and manages customer audit process, as well as submitting metrics on a weekly or monthly basis, including writing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures and customer facing templates. 

Performs state and customer audits and reviews documentation for compliance with customer agreements, applicable regulations. 

Maintains knowledge and understanding of Fair Credit Reporting Act (F.C.R.A.), Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (D.P.P.A.), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (G.L.B.), state statutes and regulations, OFAC and iiX/ISO processes. 

Quality review of audits conducted by team members. Coordinates and processes onsite inspections between third party vendor and audited customer.  Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned, and Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. 

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience  

• Advanced organizational skills as well as the ability to monitor and meet project deadlines 

• Understanding and experience in auditing processes to ensure policies and procedures are followed 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft business applications including Word and Excel and the ability to learn customer relationship management, contract management, and document repository  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment 

• Excellent customer service skills 

• Experience with internet research, working knowledge of search engine tools and the ability to utilize resources on the Internet. 

• Investigative mind-set 

• Knowledge of iiX software and internal processing is helpful
