Specialist, Sales Engineering

<p><b>Location:</b></p>Via Sempione, 247 c/d 20016 Pero (MI), Italy - KGS<p></p><p></p><p>We are currently looking for experienced Project Engineering Specialist, who will provide technical advice/support to consultant and help to develop proposals, based on customer's requirements. The expected location of a candidate is the <b>Milan area</b>, as the job holder will be expected to work in KGS office in Milan, with occasional home office days.</p><p>The job holder will be responsible for the KGS Fire &amp; Security product portfolio pre-sales activities and will report to the Country Sales Director. The main responsibilities:</p><ul><li><h2>Supporting the sales team and BDM team in consultants-related activities (visits, demo, product presentations).</h2></li><li><h2>Producing detailed specification texts, technical drawings and designs for tenders and projects, to drive our solutions wins.</h2></li><li><h2>Producing CAD drawings for the projects, followed up by BDM and sales teams.</h2></li><li><h2>Producing PipeCad projects, related to Aspiration (ASD) systems.</h2></li><li><h2>Supporting the projects development with onsite survey and customer visit.</h2></li><li><h2>Organizing products presentations, introduction events and conferences with consultants.</h2></li><li><h2>Collecting of all the information, related to the competitors’ initiatives, to be forwarded to the local Product Specialists.</h2></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional activities:</b></p><ul><li><h2>Analysis of the market in terms of potential and possibility of growth.</h2></li><li><h2>Identification of the competitors and related sales strategies.</h2></li><li><h2>Products benchmark with the competitors in terms of products features and prices.</h2></li><li><h2>Translation and draft correction of all the products PP presentations.</h2></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><h2>Min. Bachelor degree or equivalent (preferred Electronics, Engineering or equivalent).</h2></li><li><h2>4-5 years of professional experience (knowledge of fire detection and security solutions will be a strong advantage).</h2></li><li><h2>2-3 years of project <span>development/management</span> experience.
