Senior Consultant - Data & AI (49458)

We are seeking a purpose-driven and technically skilled Senior Consultant to join our Data & AI Consulting team. This role is ideal for a data professional who thrives at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and strategy—and who is passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and drive meaningful outcomes for clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver client-facing projects focused on data analytics, visualization, engineering, and governance. 

• Help organizations build strong data foundations to support responsible AI adoption and long-term value creation. 

• Translate complex business challenges into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and data models. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data solutions using modern BI and cloud tools. 

• Support technical pre-sales efforts, including discovery sessions, solution design, and proposal development. 

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capability development within the Data & AI practice. 

• Apply data as a tool for impact—connecting analytics to broader business and social outcomes. 

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, preferably in a consulting environment. 

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel; familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure/Fabric, Snowflake) and data governance frameworks. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Demonstrated ability to work across industries and adapt to diverse client needs. 

Preferred Experience: 

• Experience supporting AI readiness initiatives or data governance programs. 

• Exposure to technical pre-sales, client delivery, or cross-sector consulting.
