Job Summary

Functions in our group include safety, project field management, construction management, quality control, start up and decommissioning and field engineering.

This position is responsible for facilitating the development and delivery of staff trainings for Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of programs such as Operations Manager Training, Superintendent Training, Coordinator Training, Field Quality Training, Startup & Commissioning Training and Field Materials Management Training in 2025.
• Management and delivery of Construction Onboarding, Site Manager Summit, Site Manager Training, Field Office Manager Training and Grid CM/Supt Training.
• Manage the budgets for each course as well as the organizing the location and logistics for the class as well as working with HR to define those who need to attend each class.
• This role requires the ability to collaborate and coordinate with BV professionals across the organization.
• The ability to keep multiple programs moving forward at the same time is a must.
• Travel will be required periodically but not expected to be more than 15%.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years field execution experience
• Knowledge construction execution procedures, processes and tools
• Knowledge of training requirements (NCCER, OSHA, NFPA, etc.)
• Presentation skills
• Communicates effectively
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years field operations experience
• Minimum 5 years training experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED Instructor
• Course Development Experience 

Work Environment/Physical Demands

Typical office environment  Including sitting, walking, talking, hearing, reading, writing, keyboarding, driving, filing, reaching, stooping, crouching, bending, standing for extended periods of time, lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
