RESPONSIBILITIES

In our BASF Renewable Energy GmbH, you will serve as the face to all JV parties, both internally and externally, handling topics such as management and operational service agreements, contractual disputes, and special tasks.

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational business of Joint Ventures and organize as well as steer the board meeting and enable the Board of Directors to take decisions.
• You will be accountable for non-technical project management, going beyond existing topics and processes within the Joint-Ventures and across stakeholders.
• In addition, you will maintain strong relationships and smooth communication with all stakeholders across the Joint Ventures, both internal and external.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for obligations, that follow up, and contractual compliance within Management Service Agreement (MSA) and Shareholders' Agreement (SHA).
• You will assist in preparing financial documentation, reports and upcoming risks for stakeholders with sense of urgency as well as sense of relevance.
• Finally, you will monitor JV agreements and related contracts, overseeing the contractual landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

• at least five years of experience with relevant business degree or engineering degree with commercial focus and preferably leadership experiences
• ability to run and set-up an operational business structure with lasting profitability
• understanding of design, organization and operation of Joint Ventures (experiences on wind farms or renewable assets is an advantage)
• experience in handling different stakeholders (both internal and external) being able to communicate effectively with different layers of the organization
• ability to work independently with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset
• capabilities in financial closing, reporting and (corporate or strategic) controlling tasks
• excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, knowledge in German is an advantage
• open for self-development and increasing skills as well as experience in a fast-evolving company
