General Description of the Role

 

The Global Experiential Intern will actively support to the development and sharing of the Consumer Engagement strategy and tools to boost the activation and growth of the brand mainly focusing on specific projects related to the identified brand affinity territory. The project’s scope is global and cross geographies, among all the established and potential markets around the World.

 

Mission/Objectives

 

She/He will support from a practical point of view the activation and expansion of Campari Group Brand in the affinity territory, with direct exposure to the marketing activation plan with a specific involvement in the experiential marketing, visibility adaptation, consumer activation, digital activation and events management. He/she will support the team on the facilitation of the communication among the different internal and  external stakeholders and on the execution of daily tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

 

The intern will provide support to the Global Experiential Manager  in the following main activities:

  • Identifying concept and targets for Experiential Activity
  • Selecting event agencies
  • Developing consumer event campaign
  • Executing all planned events
  • Defining KPIs for experiential initiatives
  • Other day by day activities and specific projects

 

The internship will allow to develop the following competencies:

  • Event design and planning
  • Staff and agency partners relationships development
  • Innovative problem solving
  • Organizational skills
  • Team-working, priorities setting skills and negotiation skills thanks to the daily relationship with other stakeholders at different level

Internal:

  • Global: Brand Team, Consumer Engagement team, Digital Manager, PR&Advocacy Manager, Channel and Customer Marketing Team. 
  • Country: Brand Managers, Experiential Manager, CCM

External:  External Agencies and Consultants (Consumer Experience Agency, Communication agency, PR agency, Digital Agency…);  Festival Organization

 

Required Skills & Traits:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual, KPIs and target driven
  • Passion about the industry
