Quality Engineering Internship
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare Quality training material for example Paint Defect Catalog for each plant.
Support preparing data for GP12 and EOL, Pre-Inspection, Pareto, trends.
Participate in A3 problem solving Teams to improve RFT, Scrap reduction.
Participate with Quality plant in Quality Basics deployment.
Qualifications:
Available for immediate start in this internship.
Capable of working a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
Willing to commit to a one-year tenure with a flexible work schedule to accommodate school commitments.
Able to work on-site at the plant location.
Proficient in Excel at an advanced level.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Power Point.
Experience in Power BI is desirable but not mandatory.
Must possess a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
