About the project 
 
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for system architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers. You will serve as a key reference in technical, project, and client-related matters, ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable solutions aligned with best practices. 
 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. 
Define and implement system architecture, best practices, and coding standards. 
Act as a mentor for junior developers, guiding them in best practices and technical problem-solving. 
Oversee Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, ensuring optimal performance and usability. 
Lead Salesforce Data Migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and security. 
Manage team productivity, identifying blockers and tracking resolution. 
Define and propose improvements in CI/CD configurations. 
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions. 
Promote Agile methodologies and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and share knowledge with the team. 
 
This would make you the ideal candidate 
 
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
5+ Years of experience working
