About the project 
 
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for system architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers. You will serve as a key reference in technical, project, and client-related matters, ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable solutions aligned with best practices. 
 
 
How your day-to-day work will look like 
 
✅ Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. 
✅ Define and implement system architecture, best practices, and coding standards. 
✅ Act as a mentor for junior developers, guiding them in best practices and technical problem-solving. 
✅ Oversee Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, ensuring optimal performance and usability. 
✅ Lead Salesforce Data Migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and security. 
✅ Manage team productivity, identifying blockers and tracking resolution. 
✅ Define and propose improvements in CI/CD configurations. 
✅ Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions. 
✅ Promote Agile methodologies and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. 
✅ Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and share knowledge with the team.
