About the role

As a Project Manager within the Research & Advisory (R&A) organization, you’ll help drive the execution of key business and technology initiatives by managing small projects and supporting larger-scale efforts led by product owners and senior product owners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys translating ideas into action.

Role Description;

  • Lead and manage small projects that support product, business, and process goals across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product owners and senior product owners on larger initiatives, contributing to planning, documentation, and coordination efforts.
  • Partner with the Technology PMO to support development workstreams, including the expansion of pilot efforts into scalable technology enhancements.
  • Track project progress, update timelines and deliverables, and monitor project health to ensure work stays on target.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories for technology partners.
  • Provide initial troubleshooting and triage support for internal stakeholders, helping assess and manage issues before involving technical resources.
  • Support process improvement efforts by applying project management best practices and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders from product, technology, and business operations to ensure alignment and clarity throughout project execution.
  • Assist with user acceptance planning, issue tracking, and the resolution of risks and blockers.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture that values continuous learning, transparency, and operational excellence.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.   

Professional Experience;

  • 3-5 years of progressive business experience with progressive responsibility in a fast-paced work environment
  • Nice to have process and program management certifications in Project/Program.
  • Management such as CAPM, PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking training and transformation-based experience.
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to Salesforce is desired.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven collaborator who thrives in cross-functional team settings and contributes to a positive team culture.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset for identifying risks and resolving issues before escalation.
  • Ability to provide initial troubleshooting and triage support to internal stakeholders, helping filter and manage inquiries before involving technical teams.
  • Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with broader team goals and objectives.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and organizational dynamics.
  • Experience using project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and project delivery methods; ability to follow and support structured frameworks and best practices.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with interest in learning methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Design Thinking
