As our Software Engineer III, you will help the Software Engineering Department develop and maintain our suite of SaaS healthcare applications and services so that they will deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that improve patient and provider outcomes. Every day, you will build and deliver reliable, scalable solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. You’ll write clean, maintainable code, contribute to thoughtful design decisions, and collaborate with teammates to ensure high-quality user experiences. You’ll take ownership of your work, solve meaningful problems, and help drive engineering excellence across the team. To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, communicate clearly, work effectively in a collaborative agile environment, and be passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions 

Here’s what you will experience working as a Software Engineer III: 

  • Working with a modern, cloud-native tech stack including .NET Core, Angular, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis and Kubernetes AKS
  • A collaborative, Agile team that values autonomy and initiative 
  • A culture that encourages learning, feedback, and continuous improvement 
  • Contributing to and improving code authored by others through thoughtful reviews, refactoring and collaboration. 
  • Leading your own work and participating in team ceremonies. 
  • Coaching and onboarding fellow engineers. 

Required Skills: 

  • 4+ years of experience delivering web-based applications and services. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile development practices 
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET Core, Angular, and MongoDB 
  • Ability to write automated tests and maintain high code quality 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $79,789.00 - $134,521.77 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
