Qualifications & Experience

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Lead daily operations of our café or bar, serving burgers 🍔, pizza 🍕, snacks 🍦, and beverages 🥤.📦 Oversee inventory, manage food & drink orders, and reduce waste.🧼 Maintain top-notch cleanliness and hygiene standards (including temperature logs & food safety).📈 Drive sales and hit performance targets like a pro.📅 Create effective team schedules and forecast staffing needs.📣 Train, coach, and inspire your team to deliver world-class guest service 🙌.🏅 Recognize and reward team performance with fun incentives and team-building!🎤 Step in as a manager-on-duty, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.📋 Complete weekly audits and maintain compliance with food safety laws and licensing.

🧠 What You Bring:

✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).✔️ 2+ years of experience in food or beverage service (restaurant, café, bar, etc.).✔️ Proven leadership skills in fast-paced environments.✔️ Stellar communication and guest-first attitude 🤝.✔️ Familiar with POS systems and inventory controls.✔️ Valid food safety certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

💪 Physical & Schedule Requirements:

🕔 Must be flexible — mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are a must.🧍‍♀️ Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.🌡️ Work in varying temperatures and environments.📋 Must follow all health & safety protocols for a safe and clean operation.
