We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are looking for an experienced Teen Support Specialist to work with a young lady in her home and in the community. This teen needs daily living skills training and your encouragement and support for her to learn to be consistent with these tasks.
Wage: $20.28 per hour
Hours: 4 hours per week - Schedule would be developed between you and Mom/managing party
Tasks: assist with grooming (hair care), toothbrushing, shoe tying, house chores, and organizing.
Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be age 18 or older at the start of employment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Must have experience working with teens with developmental disabilities/mental health
• Must pass caregiver background check
