What To Expect

  • Manage and build relationships with advisors and prospects
  • Support growth through education of the investment research value proposition and tailored implementation for prospective advisors and transitioning offices.
  • Conduct in-person portfolio discussions and initiate social opportunities
  • Help advisors and prospects create, and map portfolios for their clients
  • Collaborate with Carson partners in calls / meetings with high net worth/ ultra-high net worth clients
  • Support customized portfolio construction for high/ultra-high net worth clients working with the advisors and the investment team
  • Work as a liaison between the portfolio managers in the platform and partners
  • Liaison with the investment team to provide client-ready deliverables and insights to advisors and clients
  • Coordinate development of client presentation materials and performance reports with team members
  • Assist as needed with development of marketing materials, including presentation enhancements and quarterly mailers
  • Support business strategy and business development activity

What You Need

  • The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Asset and Wealth Management
  • Investment and markets background
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong cross-functional team building and management skills (for example, partnering with multiple distribution channels, marketing, product administration, legal and compliance)
  • MBA, and a CFA or CFP designation highly desirable
