What will you do?

• You will be part of a great team consisting of our Chief Human Resources Officer, Global HR Business Coordinator, Local HR Managers, Global Learning & Development Manager, and Global Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager.
• Being involved in Global HR Projects related to our Global HR Strategy. You will participate in multiple projects touching different areas of the business in which you will take initiative and support the team with your creativity.
• HR Analytics, with the aim to reliably report our people data and draw insights to improve processes & procedures. Be critical! 
• Performance Review (our annual global performance review cycle) 
• Event management - like organizing international HR meetings 
• Developing professional and on-brand presentations e.g. for the global HR meetings and Works Councils, using your creativity and eye for detail
• Supporting the Global HR Business Coordinator with their day-to-day queries, such as preparing meetings, and being in touch with all countries 

About you!

• 3rd or 4th year student of a HBO/WO Retail/HR-related study
• Available for a minimum of 4 days a week (thesis is possible) 
• Good verbal and written communicative skills in English (extra language is a +) 
• You need to be able to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities at the same time
• You consider yourself a quick learner and enjoy working independently
• Excellent in PowerPoint and Excel, experience with Canva and Lucid Chart is a + 
• Creative skills

• Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).  

• Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.  

• Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.   

Eligibility Criteria   

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:  

• You are an EU citizen,  

• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or  

• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
