We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager - Senior to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Oshkosh, WI.

- Mentoring and Coaching: By coaching and mentoring team members, you’ll help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Identifying and Addressing Training Needs: Your ability to identify training needs and develop training plans will ensure that team members are well-equipped to perform their tasks.
- Driving Operational Efficiency: By leading daily activities and implementing efficiency improvements, you’ll contribute to the overall success and profitability of the operations.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
Additional Skills:
- Communication Skills, verbal and written are critical.
- Self starter, problem solving skills a plus.
- Previous work with Collective Bargaining Employees a plus.
Additional Information:
- Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30PM-12AM, some overtime as needed.
- Weekend overtime is paid.
