We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager - Senior to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Oshkosh, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Enhancing Team Performance: By managing and guiding multiple production teams, you’ll ensure that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Improving Safety Standards: Your cross-functional work will help identify and implement safety improvements, creating a safer work environment.
  • Boosting Productivity: By recommending and engaging in productivity enhancements, you’ll help the teams meet and exceed production targets.
  • Ensuring Quality: Your focus on quality improvements will ensure that the products meet high standards, reducing defects and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Providing Effective Leadership: Through setting clear expectations and responsibilities, you’ll provide the guidance and feedback necessary for team members to achieve their goals.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: By coaching and mentoring team members, you’ll help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Identifying and Addressing Training Needs: Your ability to identify training needs and develop training plans will ensure that team members are well-equipped to perform their tasks.
  • Driving Operational Efficiency: By leading daily activities and implementing efficiency improvements, you’ll contribute to the overall success and profitability of the operations.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.

Additional Skills:

  • Communication Skills, verbal and written are critical.
  • Self starter, problem solving skills a plus.
  • Previous work with Collective Bargaining Employees a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30PM-12AM, some overtime as needed.
  • Weekend overtime is paid.
