About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Director of Product Management to lead our Identity and Privacy Upsell/Cross-sell Product team. In this role, you will work in small, high-energy, driven teams of engineers, designers, and go-to-market specialists to drive the development and delivery of innovative identity protection and privacy solutions globally across the Norton, LifeLock and Avast brands. 

Your goal is to meet the dynamic threat landscape and leverage key technologies like AI to augment our customers’ current protection to better safeguard their digital identities and personal information.  Current products in the portfolio include Norton Privacy Monitor Assistant, Norton and Avast Antitrack and LifeLock Identity Advisor 

Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

  • Develop and articulate the product strategy for upselling and cross-selling Identity and Privacy products, aligning with Gen’s overall product portfolio strategy and business objectives. 
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives based on market analysis of current and emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.  

Product Development and Execution: 

  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for new Identity and Privacy upsell and cross-sell products and features, from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to drive product execution and delivery.  
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.  
  • Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback, iterating on features and functionalities to enhance customer value and user experience. 

Stakeholder Communication: 

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to gather feedback, gain buy-in, and drive alignment on your team’s product priorities and initiatives. 
  • Present product plans, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders. 

Team Leadership: 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3-4 senior product managers specializing in Identity and Privacy products, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. 
  • Provide guidance and direction to your team in defining product requirements, user journeys and feature prioritization.  
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals and provide ongoing feedback to ensure the professional growth and success of your team. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in bringing consumer-facing technology products to market, preferably in the cybersecurity or software industry. 
  • Demonstrated leadership as a change agent when working with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to ability to perform a range of business analytics ranging from problem/root cause identification to defining new business
