Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible Shifts
Location: Tallahassee, FL

Shifts: Flexible | Days & Nights | Rotating Weekends
Hourly Pay Range: $27.72 – $39.60/hr (based on experience)

• 5+ years: $33.00/hr

• 10+ years: $36.30/hr

• 15+ years: $39.60/hr
  Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Tallahassee, FL. As an ER RN, you will provide high-quality, efficient care to patients with a variety of emergent conditions—from minor injuries to life-threatening illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and compassionate emergency care to diverse patient populations

• Triage, assess, and prioritize patients based on acuity

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient care coordination

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year recent acute care ER RN experience required

Education:

• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required

Licensure/Certifications:

• Active RN License in Florida or multistate compact (must obtain FL license before start)

• BLS certification (required before start)

• ACLS & PALS certifications (required within 90 days of hire)

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (required within 90 days of hire)
