Job Description Summary:
Provide primary care and/or advanced life support, including medical evaluation, treatment and stabilization of the critically ill and injured with the goal of reducing morbidity. Supports patient's existing health services; providing integrated health services by partnering with patient's PCP, specialty physician, Social Services, and case management. This partnership will decrease patient morbidity and/or mortality, reduce readmissions to the hospital and improve patient quality of life and satisfactionMinimum Qualifications:
