We're seeking a committed individual to join our New York New York team for a FULL-TIME opportunity as a Workforce Management Clerk. In this position, you'll collaborate closely with employees and different departments on-site to support various staffing requirements and needs. THE JOB:
The Workforce Management Clerk plays a key role in enhancing the scheduling and time-off experience for our internal customers. This position involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communications via email, phone, and in-person interactions. The scope of this role includes working with both staff and management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the internal guest’s experience, delivering on S.H.O.W. Basics to both Staff and Leadership creating WOW memories that last far beyond the moment.
THE STARTING PAY RATE: $17.00 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Oversee scheduling and time-off requests for internal customers
- Handle various administrative tasks through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
- Answer calls that come into the workforce department line
- Organize and file documents to be scanned
- Maintain retention data within the company's system, ensuring compliance with document destruction schedules
- Provide feedback to departments when the document retention program is not followed according to company procedures
- Promote and maintain effective communication and relationships with internal customers to ensure their requirements are identified and consistently met
- Foster an effective relationship between the department, business units, and other corporate departments to ensure efficient operational processes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- One (1) year of relevant experience, such as but not limited to admin/clerical, auditing
- Willing to learn, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Great customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with all stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to function effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting established deadlines
