Job Description

The Senior Manager, Digital & E-Retail is responsible for achieving E-Retail sales goals with a specialized focus on Sephora.com and Ulta.com. This role will require regular interaction with third party sales partners and central HQ teams ensure strategic initiatives are achieved. 

The role will oversee the digital strategy, bringing a 360-degree view to sales and relationships with key retailers. They will seek for continual optimization of existing platforms, whilst ensuring Christian Dior Parfums commitment to excellence. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Own the digital & e-retail strategy for Specialty multi in support of and in collaboration with the omnichannel account Directors and marketing
  • Account Management / Engagement Lead with Retailer.com Teams, fostering collaborative relationships
  • Analyze business performance on a weekly, monthly, yearly basis, with commentary for Sales Reports, and Performance Management to Plan
  • Partner closely with Omnichannel key account team to plan and manage seasonal calendar at each account and manage on-brand execution 
  • Maintain updated launch calendars; align with Retail.com teams on project milestones 
  • Manage and analyze year over year Retailer.com Account's sample allocations, partnering closely with sales development team and account planners
  • Implement Brand Guidelines and manage Dior’s Brand Identity within E-Retailer's Environment
  • Project manage all aspects of digital animation & programs; the timely delivery of all product launch content inclusive of On-Site Product Pages, On-Site Merchandising Units, Emails, and Performance Marketing Campaigns
  • Manage the implementation of E-Retail programs according to plan and recommend on-going optimizations of brand user experience and product merchandising
  • Partner closely with Performance Marketing Lead, Acting as Account Liaison for all Digital Marketing Programs, ensuring alignment of strategy and creative matching the needs of the business
  • Lead continuous PDP optimization on priority products and high traffic pages, both core & new
  • Manage E-retail media budget with strategic planning and recommendations in partnership with retailer, marketing and performance media team

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in online retail and/or sales planning and merchandising; luxury retailing or cosmetic/beauty industry experience required
  • Advanced Excel and business acumen skills with a strong command on sales forecasting analysis
  • Attention to detail, customer service orientation and creativity in problem-solving
  • Omni-channel mentality, customer-centric background and ability to execute
  • Project Management Skills – able to guide a project from concept to final delivery
  • Leadership Skills – able to focus team members and colleagues on goals and objectives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $135,000.00-$150,000.00.

This is a hybrid working position, based in New York, NY. Team members are in office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
