About the role

ReOrbit is looking for a Head of HR joining to the team to strengthen people operations across our international teams.

As our Head of HR, you will lead the full HR function and serve as a strategic partner to the executive team. You will own overall people strategy, organizational design, talent management, performance and leadership development, HR operations and culture ensuring that our human capital accelerates business success at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the global HR function, covering People Operations, Organizational Development, Learning & Development and HR Compliance.

  • Translate business strategy into an actionable HR strategy and people roadmap.

  • Partner with the executive team to align people decisions with business objectives.

  • Drive organizational design and workforce planning to support growth, agility and operational efficiency.

  • Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

  • Own talent management, succession planning and retention programs across all levels.

  • Develop and implement leadership development programs, coaching initiatives and manager capability building.

  • Design and oversee performance management processes to embed accountability and continuous development.

  • Shape and strengthen company culture, engagement, inclusion and employee experience.

  • Ensure HR operations are efficient, scalable and compliant with local and international employment law.

  • Partner with legal counsel on employment law, compliance, investigations and risk mitigation.

  • Oversee compensation strategy, job architecture, benefits and reward programs to maintain competitiveness and equity.

  • Implement people analytics and HR KPIs to guide decisions on engagement, retention, performance, diversity, and leadership effectiveness.

  • Ensure consistency in HR practices across international locations, supporting cross border programs, relocation, and local regulatory compliance.

  • Lead, mentor and manage the HR team to deliver results across all functional areas.

Skills and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with strategic and operational responsibilities in an international environment.

  • Proven experience managing HR teams and leading cross functional HR programs for scale up or start ups.

  • Expertise in organizational design, performance frameworks, talent management, leadership development and culture transformation.

  • Deep understanding of employment law, HR compliance and risk management with international exposure.

  • Track record of building and scaling robust, data driven HR processes across multiple geographies.

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise C suite leaders.

  • Experience with HR technologies, metrics and analytics to drive decision making.
