FM aims to be a significant player and a market leader, with an additional presence in all the major international markets and specialist expertise in selected emerging markets and products.</p><p></p><h1>Your role</h1><p>The role is Junior Trader of the European Govt Bond Repo desk in Amsterdam (EGB) for Global Securities Finance (GSF). You will join the existing team of 3 traders locally, and 7 traders regionally. You will help drive the strategy and vision of the desk, working closely with regional financial markets sales. You will help grow and build upon the strong and existing franchise.</p><p></p><h1>Your key responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Trade the European Govt Bond Repo book.</li><li>Trade the daily flow, including hedging strategies, funding and collateral management.</li><li>Align with the credit risk, market risk, balance sheet and regulatory requirements, in Amsterdam.</li><li>Trade with the Financial Markets Global sales teams.</li><li>Work closely with key internal stakeholders to help develop electronic platform trading.</li><li>Co-ordinate and liaise with existing client franchise.</li></ul><p></p><p>Execute key analyses</p><ul><li>Performs continuing risk analyses</li><li>Analyses potential trading opportunities and structures</li><li>Evaluates financial products</li><li>Examines external trends and market information</li><li>Evaluates regulatory impact and planning for changes.<br/> </li></ul><h1>Who we are looking for?</h1><p>A colleague with a talent for taking it on and making it happen, enthusiasm for helping others to be successful and a knack for always being a step ahead.
