As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This primarily driving post involves monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and providing outstanding customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• This position is primarily a driving post and prior driving experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
