Position Type: Full-time, Exempt


PURPOSE

To provide leadership to the Beverage Department Supervisors and Staff in order to monitor service standards, control inventory, and distribution of products. Maximize profit, Guests, and Team Members satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly supervise Beverage Supervisors, Bartenders, Beverage Servers, and Bar Backs including communicate daily objectives to ensure expectations are understood and fulfilled. 
  • Complete Performance Management and Evaluations. 
  • Monitor compliance with departmental policies (i.e. alcohol, Agilysys reports and procedures).  
  • Assist in training of beverage staff, development and implementation of training manuals, policies, procedures and job descriptions. 
  • Resolve team member and/or guest incidents to maximize performance and satisfaction.
  • Schedule staff in accordance with business needs and closely scrutinize payroll. 
  • Submitting the liquor order, verifying liquor order delivery, menu development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
  • Minimum two (2) years beverage high-volume management

Skills and Abilities:

  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Agilysys Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Possess extensive working knowledge of spirits, wine and beer.

PREFERRED

Education and Experience: 

  • Experience in a comparable high-volume beverage venue.
  • Previous experience in the casino industry.


 Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
