Summary

The Form Line Operator is responsible for monitoring all equipment on the formed product line from the blancher through the fryer, up to and including the oil system. The Form Line operator is responsible for adding and mixing additive, performing free fatty acid tests, maintaining, and recording temperatures of equipment in the work areas, ensuring correct oil type is used for the product being produced, entering and changing data in the computer system, maintaining tote fill area and ticket making, and sanitizing the work area.

 

There are two plant facilities that make up the Moses Lake Production Campus. The selected candidate for this role will begin their training at one of these facilities and then will be assigned to one of the two locations after training is complete.

Key Responsibilities

   

Ensures alertness and constant awareness of the safe operation of moving equipment and other potential safety hazards in a production plant.

Ensures necessary level of communication is maintained with the appropriate personnel.

Typical Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Relevant Experience

Combination of experience and education will be considered.
