Lead and execute the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial data.
Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) and reconciliations.
Manage or support tax compliance processes — VAT, corporate income tax, withholding, and other statutory requirements.
Support treasury operations: monitor cash flow, manage payments and banking relationships, optimize liquidity, and contribute to treasury forecasting.
Ensure compliance with local GAAP and contribute to IFRS reporting where applicable.
Prepare documentation and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all supporting schedules and reconciliations are complete.
Maintain and improve accounting policies, controls, and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
Contribute to ERP implementation or system improvements, supporting automation and data integrity across finance processes.
