The Child Advocacy and Protection Division (CAPD) is seeking a Legal Support Manager (Legal Support Services Supervisor 1). Innovative problem-solvers who are interested in managing and mentoring professional support staff teams will excel as part of our team in this unique opportunity.
If selected to join us, you will serve as the Portland Legal Support Manager and will be charged with providing excellent legal support and direction in assistance of division Assistant Attorneys General and legal processes. Additionally, you will become a part of the Northern Region Leadership Team and will play an essential role in the division to provide legal services to the Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare Division branches served out of the Portland office.

What You Will Do (in part)
Oversee Daily Operations of Legal Support Teams in Support of Attorneys and Legal Processes.
Mentor, Develop, Coach, and Provide Direction to Employees.
Collaborate with our Northern Region Leadership Team to Develop and Facilitate Goals.
Cultivate a Welcoming Atmosphere That Recognizes the Value of Individual and Cultural Differences.
Work with Internal and External Partners to Achieve Mutual Successes.
