WORK LOCATION: Position may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. JOB DUTIES: Work closely with mcaConnect team to ensure that the implementation meets the customers’ expectations. Be self-motivated to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application. Own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members until resolution is delivered. Assist customers with the Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management modules REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing or related field plus 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience. Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP T&L certification. 2 years’ Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience. Minimum of 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience and 1 full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment) Application instructions: To apply, please apply online at mcaConnect.com/careers
