About the role

As the PA Development Programs Sr Manager you will be instrumental in crafting and driving continuous training and development programs for our frontline managers and sales representatives. With a transformational mentality and data-driven approach, you will lead the crafting and implementation of robust skill development programs, exploring new concepts and translating ideas into actionable strategies. This position relies on collaborator influence to drive programs forward, combining analytical, operational, and strategic expertise. Join us in making a significant impact on our Premier Agent Development Programs and the success of our frontline sales teams and leaders.

  • Own frontline leader development initiatives - including onboarding, ongoing development programs, and appropriate tooling. Coordinates frontline development workstreams, crafting project plans, and providing cross-functional alignment. Explore, validate, and implement new concepts, translating ideas into action through problem-solving, analysis, and research.

  • Drive the adoption of selling and coaching methodologies, providing personalized coaching, mentorship, and tailored leadership training programs to improve leadership skills.

  • Build impactful sales training programs and materials that focus on sales skill proficiencies and methodologies, including the Zillow Way of Selling and Catalyst. Collaborate with the Talent Success to define and enhance the new hire program for accelerated ramp-up of sales professionals and leaders.

  • Conduct data-driven analyses, including assessing funnels, diagnosing performance, and finding opportunities for improvement. Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, structured feedback, and trend analysis to drive continuous improvement and refine programs accordingly.

  • Serve as a thought partner to sales leadership, collaborating with sales managers, strategy, and leadership to align leadership strategies with sales and organizational goals. Incorporate industry trends, standard processes, and effective methodologies. Maintain a structured approach to gather sales leader feedback, stay connected with the business, and apply feedback to guide decision-making, support solution development, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Communicate effectively with business partners and senior leaders, providing timely and clear communications. Clearly define and present trade-offs to facilitate swift decision-making.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $123,200.00 - $196,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of validated experience in strategy, business operations, analytics, training, and/or program management.

  • Experience driving sales enablement and performance initiatives preferred.
