Currently, we work with the biggest names in Telco, Insurance, Education, FMCGs, and Retail in over 45 countries in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and South-East Asia.</p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will join the Procurement Department and will support the Procurement Manager in the development of category strategies by undertaking market analysis and research. She/ he will report directly to the Procurement Manager. The role is fixed-term (6mos) with the possibility of renewal.</p><p>The position will be based at our headquarters in Gerakas,Athens (hybrid).</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><p> Assist the stakeholders in data collection on supplier performance</p><p> Develop and maintain a supplier database</p><p> Take accountability for small spending to support future development</p><p> Releasing competitive bid process for small spend goods/services and evaluating responses.</p><p> Preparation of Purchase Orders, forwarding to local/international suppliers, and ensuring their correct filing.</p><p> Invoice management of procured goods/services</p><p> Manage supplier Invoice Queries and resolve in agreed timescales</p><p> Update and maintain supplier contract registry</p><p></p><p> Ensure compliance with company guidelines and to purchasing policies and procedures</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong academic background from top-tier school either in Supply Management Business Administration, or Finance</li> <li>Outstanding MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Google Sheets skills are required; Data modelling experience is essential.</li> <li>Ability to manage complex data requests, fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Fluency in English, both oral and written (additional language is a plus).</li> <li>Attention to detail and high accuracy are critical.</li> <li>Strong communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>International perspective and culture; adaptable to change.</li> <li>Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking, proactiveness and time dedication.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We offer a competitive base salary and benefits, including private health insurance plan, transportation fees, directly dependent on the candidate’s qualifications and skills.
