Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is in search of a caring and compassionate Memory Care Director who has a passion for geriatrics and has experience working with dementia patients. Come be a part of an amazing team and make a difference in the lives of our seniors! We are seeking a committed Memory Care Director who will be responsible for providing overall leadership. As a director, you will plan, organize, develop, and lead the overall operations of the Memory Care Department in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as well as the standards, guidelines and regulations of Tuscan Gardens.

Memory Care Director Job Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, recognition, engagement, and performance evaluations on all Memory Care staff.
• Supporting and monitoring the day-to-day delivery of quality resident services resulting in high resident, family, and associate satisfaction.
• Must have previous Executive Director experience with focus on Memory Care
• Understanding and managing your department’s needs
• Attending and actively participating in local Association Chapters and local partnerships
• Preferred minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in Assisting Living
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook
