Senior D365 Finance & Operations Consultant

As a Senior D365 Finance & Operations Consultant at Keystone Solutions, you will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, and implementation of D365 solutions for our client. This involves assessing current processes, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and ensuring the successful configuration and deployment of D365 functionalities. The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365, particularly in Finance and Operations, to address complex business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fit-gap analysis of business and user requirements against standard D365 options and potential add-ons.
• Propose alternative solutions with impact analysis.
• Translate business specifications into functional D365 specifications and technical specifications for possible developments.
• Customize the current D365 configuration and integrate new functionalities with existing ones in production.
• Configure D365 according to the functional specifications.
• Oversee D365 developments and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Estimate workload, efforts, and costs, including interface adjustments with D365.
• Advise on setting up RACI, SLA, and contracts with the technical partner to ensure technical security and business continuity.
• Provide guidance on D365 licenses and implementation timelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Certifications:
  • Must: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
  • Nice to have: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.
• D365 Submodule Experience:
  • Priority 1: Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Accounting.
  • Priority 2: Procurement and Sourcing, Financial Reporting and Business Intelligence.
  • Priority 3: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash and Bank Management, Tax Management.
  • Priority 4: Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Specific D365 Experiences:
  • Standard setup and import of projects, employees, time sheets, customer T&M tariffication, costs-to-rebill, fixed price billing plans, and automatic billing generation.
  • Handling complex business requirements such as management hour repartitioning, automatic and manual hour transfers, varied pricing structures, customer rate supplements, and split billing.
  • Integration with legacy systems via Azure TIL.
  • Ensuring configurations align with security standards (Data Classification, RBAC).
