The Records Control Analyst is responsible for accuracy of data input as information will be used to provide manufacturing the data for production. Responsible for maintaining data integrity, including keeping formulas current in the system. Coordinate and prioritize the daily workload within SAP to ensure efficiency. Provide required data to management for monthly reporting. Handles special projects as assigned.
 

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • Generating, controlling and distribution of Manufacturing Record Books (MRB’s) in line with internal and customer requirements/deadlines
  • Tracking and controlling manufacturing records and certification from internal and external sources
  • Planning MRB compilation with MRB team and project teams to ensure on time delivery.
  • Working with project teams to establish the Client and standard Baker Hughes MRB documentation Quality requirements
  • Supporting the generation of KPI reporting using Excel, Oracle/ERP, and Alfresco/Conformity systems.
  • Maintaining QMS responsibility by working with internal stakeholders, making recommendations for possible corrective actions, writing, and updating procedures, systems, and checklists.


Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 3+ years of experience and a proven track record in a similar role, ideally working in a manufacturing or quality environment. 
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Writer, & SAP
  • Experience measuring close tolerance components to a high level of accuracy and repeatability. 
  • Data collection and analytical skills together with an understanding of Quality improvement methodologies
