Job Description

As a Hybrid Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout the recruitment cycle. Acting as a brand ambassador for our client, you will focus on securing top talent while maintaining proactive and timely communication regarding the status of searches. You will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Excellence:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
  • Deliver strong candidate slates, consistently building talent pipelines with multiple qualified candidates.
  • Provide accurate and regular reports on recruiting activities to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership.
  • Identify challenges in searches and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate the status of searches, offering consultative advice on next steps.

Finding Candidates:

  • Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, market data, and search approaches.
  • Review candidates via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and determine progression in the recruitment process.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.
  • Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
  • Pursue referrals from business networks and internal referrals.
  • Utilize Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns to talent communities.

Engaging Candidates:

  • Use various media (phone, email, social media) to connect with talent communities.
  • Articulate the value proposition to interested candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information, schedules, and expectations.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application and interview status.

Assessing Candidates:

  • Draft and utilize phone interview templates relevant to the job description.
  • Use independent judgment to compare interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements.
  • Issue and evaluate skills testing as needed.
  • Review background and reference information as part of the process.

Influencing the Hire:

  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details, supported by market data and compensation guidelines.
  • Present job offers to candidates, driving for acceptance and negotiating counter-offers as necessary.

 

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • High school diploma required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field strongly preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of two years of recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Of
