This is an exciting opportunity for transformation professionals who enjoy working with group wide transformation topics such as but not limited to:</p><ul><li>digitalization of operations</li><li>sustainability</li><li>operational excellence</li><li>commercial excellence</li><li>new operating models</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities and key activities:</b><br/> </p><p><span>Project Management:</span></p><ul><li>Develop project charter and management plan</li><li>Define and validate project scope</li><li>Develop and control project schedule</li><li>Estimate budget and control cost</li><li>Manage and control quality</li><li>Acquire resources and manage team</li><li>Plan and manage project change management and communication</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks</li><li>Conduct and control procurements</li><li>Identify stakeholders and manage stakeholder engagement<br/> </li></ul><p><span>Project Leadership:</span></p><ul><li>Take project leadership role and ensure high team performance</li><li>Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully</li><li>Identify and resolve issues that arise in the project and conflicts in the team</li><li>Project evaluation and conduct retrospective<br/> </li></ul><p><span>Reporting and documentation:</span></p><ul><li>Prepare project steering group presentations, documentation and meetings</li><li>Maintain all documentation in project repository<br/> </li></ul><p><span>Implementing standard tools and methodology:</span></p><ul><li>Plan and manage the project guided by the Huhtamaki project methodology</li><li>Implement standard project tools based on PMI standards in the projects</li></ul><p></p><p>The TMO is working as an agile team, and key responsibilities for specific areas will be allocated among the team members based on experience, skills, and interest. We are looking for an individual who is interested in several transformation project areas and can adapt to our project needs in this interesting transformation journey.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Requirements for the role:</span></b></p><ul><li>Min. 8 years project management experience from an international environment</li>
