We are looking for a Technical Program Manager II with passion driving programs and initiatives cross Azure to improve quality and increase awareness and adoption of best practices. Responsibilities
- Drive cross Azure initiatives for Quality improvements, defining KPIs, establish and execute on plans for improving those KPIs.
- Ideation and creation of Generative AI copilot capabilities to drive adoption and reduce engineering toil.
- Partner with the development team on scenario design, product tradeoffs and, incremental delivery.
- Drive cross team technical issues and customer experiences.
- Prepare and deliver high quality executive reviews.
- Effective operational program manager that explores all course of actions to achieve results and help the team success, and can adapt communication to each audience.
- Strategic thinking, understanding of data to make decisions, but also able to perform when there is ambiguity.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
- 2 years as a PM/TPM, shipping infrastructure components or large products/services.
- 2+ years of experience in Software industry, out of them at least
- 2+ years self-motivated, self-directed, and able to lead and motivate a high-energy team.
- 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional / Preferred Qualifcations:
- Experience in Azure Cloud and Deployment technologies are preferred
- Experience with data analysis and enabling Generative AI Copilot capabilities
- Great project management and organizational skill.
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
