As our Senior Manager, Field Marketing, you’ll lead strategy, execution, and measurement for all out-of-home campaigns—direct mail, print, and events. You’ll manage a small team focused on execution as well as serve as the go-to expert on offline channels, and partner with creative, digital, and product teams to innovate new activations that drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
This role is full-time, based in New York and hybrid. The role reports to the Director of Member Growth.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of direct mail, print advertising, and event-based campaigns
- Define, track, and report on overall campaign performance to senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two; set clear goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster professional growth
- Act as subject-matter expert on out-of-home best practices, media buying, production logistics, compliance, and budgeting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, product, and sales teams to ideate, prototype, and launch innovative offline activations
- Drive continuous optimization through rigorous testing of creative, messaging, channel mix, and targeting
- Build and manage vendor relationships; negotiate contracts, secure favorable terms, and enforce service level agreements
- Deliver comprehensive post-campaign analyses, synthesize learnings, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders

What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on out-of-home channels (direct mail, print, events)
- Proven track record leading multi-channel offline campaigns and exceeding performance targets
- Demonstrated leadership managing small teams or direct reports
- Proficiency in setting up tracking frameworks, analyzing data, and driving data-led insights
- Exceptional project management; strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and track multiple programs
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing fresh, on-brand offline experiences
- Expert vendor and budget management capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
The target base salary range for this position is $147,140 - $183,930, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number
