We are currently seeking a Business Proc & CM Principal Consultant to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US).
Job Summary: Oversees the planning of course design, delivery, and support documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Directs the activities of internal or external client training.
- Ensures training program(s), resources and curriculum meet company and client objectives.
- Develops appropriate instructional strategies, implement performance measurement tools, and training program materials (flowcharts, storyboards, visual aids, participant manuals, job/task aids, user guides)
- Designs a variety of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids or products, and other programs as needed.
- Develops materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts.
Conduct training needs, audience, and content analysis - Maintains communication with internal and/or external clients to ensure effectiveness of training.
- Manages the coordination of the staffing and scheduling of training.
- Creates outcome-based objectives for learning or performance for students and instructors.
- Uses a variety of authoring and software applications for developing web-based instruction
- Develops audiovisual display designs that include screen layouts and human-machine interfaces, and course support materials and documentation
- Demonstrates an understanding of the relationship between storyboard production and courseware production
- Evaluates instructional programs and process
- Develops and implement formative and summative evaluation plans
- Determines appropriate mitigation strategies to address findings of instructional program evaluations
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years in training roles, with Medicaid/social services experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning strategies, structured methods, and approaches to meet business schedule and budget objectives
- Minimum of 5 years of Instructional Design experience including working with e-learning integration standards and building e-learning courseware
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing courseware using prominent authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or equivalents tools, as well as emerging development tools such as video, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality tools and platforms.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience effectively communicating with key stakeholders in consulting and digital transformation businesses to gather and provide information
