With our momentum—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you'll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.</p><p></p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate closely with Ops teams (core business, fintech, employee experience, customer support) cross-functional partners to find opportunities to increase operational efficiency and scale our business effectively</p></li><li><p>Monitor existing processes and provide recommendations for optimization</p></li><li><p>Constantly review and monitor all Ops metrics to avoid any data integrity issues and proactively inform about the changes</p></li><li><p>Dive deep into the data and communicate findings with the various stakeholders in verbal, visual, and written media</p></li><li><p>Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areas</p></li><li><p>Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making</p></li><li><p>Work in tandem with Analytics engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areas</p></li><li><p>Make intelligent choices for the adoption of new technologies based on your extensive experience</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years’ experience in data analytics team</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in<strong> </strong>Looker</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in<strong> </strong>SQL</p></li><li><p>Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities</p></li><li><p>Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority</p></li></ul><p><strong>We’d especially love to speak with you if:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You love data exploration and visualizations</p></li><li><p>You have experience with DBT, Snowflake, and LookML</p></li><li><p>You have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree</p></li><li><p>You are driven by business impact generated from your insights</p></li><li><p>You are naturally curious and enjoy challenging the status quo</p></li><li><p>You are proactive and like to take responsibility in projects, managing requirements and collaborating with a number of different teams across the company</p></li><li><p>You know when to go deep on a task and when to execute</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Total Rewards</strong></p><p>Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
