<p><strong>About Redwood Materials</strong></p> Redwood Materials was founded in 2017 to create a circular supply chain for electric vehicles and clean energy products, making them more sustainable and driving down the cost for batteries. We’re doing this by developing and deploying new technologies to increase the scope and scale of recycled and sustainable materials in the global battery supply chain. <p><strong>Project Engineer</strong></p> <p>For our expanding team in Bremerhaven we are looking for a full-time Project Engineer.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Project management of new construction and conversion measures for our plants in terms of comprehensive project management</li> <li>Selection and coordination of external service providers for various investment and infrastructure projects</li> <li>Preparation of technical documents for basic and detailed engineering, e.g. specifications, installation planning, P&amp;I flow diagrams, functional descriptions, safety concepts</li> <li>Active involvement in preliminary, design, approval and implementation planning</li> <li>Technical support and optimization of production operations</li> <li>Technical advice for maintenance to minimize downtimes and idle times of the systems</li> <li>Support for externally awarded research and development contracts</li> <li>Participation in internal and external audits and visits to authorities<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completed studies in the field of engineering, specializing in process engineering</li> <li>Professional experience - more than 2 years</li> <li>Business fluent in written and spoken English</li> <li>Very good project management and organizational skills</li> <li>Structured, responsible and independent way of working</li> <li>Good communication skills, conflict resolution skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental teamwork</li> </ul> <p><strong>We Offer: </strong></p> <ul> <li>A job in a future-proof market environment</li> <li>Exciting and varied tasks with a high level of personal responsibility and the opportunity to shape a dynamic team</li> <li>Individual and specialist training opportunities</li> <li>Flexible working hours and mobile working</li> <li>Allowance for company pension scheme / VWL</li> <li>Job ticket</li> <li>Flexible working hours and mobile working </li> </ul> <p> </p><p>The position is full-time.
