Position: Urgent Care NP or PALocation: Delaware or MarylandExcellent Bonus Programs: Quarterly and Monthly Bonus program for Fulltime and Part-timeSchedules: Various Schedules AvailableWe are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who have urgent care or emergency room experience, treating both adult and pediatric patients, to join our welcoming and diverse community of providers in DE and/or MD.

In this role, you will provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections.
It is essential to have excellent assessment skills to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary while going above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled patient experience.

Various Schedule Options Available:

Full-Time, Full-time Flex (.95), which is 3 days/week,
Part-Time options of .78, .63 or .5 FTE. (Benefits come with .6 FTE and above)
Weekends only - Every Weekend (includes benefits) and every other weekend is an option
Extended hours available several centers soon! *Shift availability to include Noon to Midnight and/or 8 a.m. to Midnight. (*Premium rates apply for specific schedules).

Location(s): We currently have convenient locations in Delaware and Maryland. North Wilmington/Greenville area, Newark, Middletown, Dover in and around Delaware with two locations in Maryland (North East and Elkton). Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year recent full time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
