Storeroom Clerk - Dietary

Position Overview: This is a full-time position working 36 hours a week. In this position you will be labeling/dating food and completing product rotation. You will be required to sweep and mop coolers/freezers each shift. You will need to work independently to restock supplies for nursing units/departments.

Pre-employment Requirements:

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements:

• Validation of high school diploma or equivalent, but will consider previous related work experience.

Job Requirements: 

• Must have MCHD Food Handlers Card
• Must have previous experience with receiving foods for storage
• Must be able to follow established par levels for unit supplies delivery
• Must be customer oriented
• Must present in professional manner
• Must follow all policies and procedures
• Must be able to work independently and as a team
• Must be willing to be cross trained and work a variety of different shifts
