This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic SVP, Group Account Director to join our team. The SVP, Group Account Director will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a portfolio of promotional medical education client accounts, overseeing account teams, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve client objectives and agency growth. 

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of Account folks to develop and execute integrated strategies that align with client goals and objectives across a portfolio of ~$7-8MM in promotional medical education work

• Serve as a senior point of contact for key client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations 

• Drive organic growth within existing client accounts

• Support new business pitches in collaboration with internal teams to expand our client portfolio
