About the role

Description

WWAARC currently has a full-time 40-hour Corporate Compliance Officer position available. This position can be located in either Queensbury, NY or Slingerlands, NY. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday. (Generally, 40 hours per week. Extra hours required according to the needs of the agency.) The rate of pay for this position is $60,000-$70,000 yearly. This is a salaried, overtime exempt position. Reports directly to the Board of Directors and works with agency administration to assure regulatory compliance with all aspects of pertinent Medicaid rules and state regulations and laws.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
  • To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and/or Health Care Administration preferred. High School Diploma required. 
  • Minimally two (2) years’ work experience with the OPWDD service delivery system; preferably experience with OPWDD Regulations.
