As a Global Product Manager for Philips Hue you will be responsible for leading and developing the offer strategy and roadmap for part of our Philips Hue portfolio. You will help building the business by translating consumer insights into propositions that address end user needs with clear benefits.

What you’ll do

• You’ll be responsible for leading and developing part of the Philips Hue smart lighting offer strategy and roadmap

• You’ll help drive the Value Proposition Creation around the Philips Hue Value Spaces

• You’ll drive profitability of the global/regional product portfolio with a strong innovation & technology roadmap

• You’ll define and build required capabilities for the product management function

• You’ll plan and execute successful launches of products jointly with the market and marcom teams

Your qualifications

• You’ve a Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Marketing

• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years of product management in building consumer & technology products in iOT with relevant hardware as well as software product management experience. Experience within security business is an extra asset.

• Experience in downstream, G2M of fast moving or consumer electronic products is a plus.

• Experience defining market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and experience with building business cases.

• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
