DevOps Engineer (RASC161)

You will solve uniquely challenging problems for our Defense and Homeland Security customers. Help manage large volumes of critical, real-time information about issues from global to local. This position requires the ability to obtain a US security clearance. A current active clearance is not needed to apply.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Evolving and sustaining the CI/CD Infrastructure at RII such as Artifactory and Jenkins
• Working with development teams to build CI/CD pipelines and shared libraries
• Working with teams to install CI/CD principles in their development workflows
• Working to further integrate security into our DevSecOps processes
• Keeping up with trends in DevSecOps and SRE

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

• BS in Computer Science, equivalent degree, or previous work experience
• 7+ years experience in DevOps along with 5+ years with Linux (CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu) system administration supporting both development and/or production environments
• Experience with scripting languages, in particular python experience
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Artifactory

EVEN BETTTER

• Experience with software component analysis and tools such as JFrog XRay
• Experience with static code analysis tools such as Fortify or SonarQube
• Experience with integrating security tools into a CI/CD pipeline
• Experience working build tools such as Maven, Poetry, Nx, and NPM.
