Target Range:

$24.30/Hr. - $33.00/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos is seeking a highly analytical, independent thinker for the role of Sr. Relationship Associate, supporting sales enablement, performance management, sales forecasting, and business optimization. This position is ideal for a data-driven professional who is looking to build a strong foundation in sales / sales administration with the goal of eventually transitioning into a client-facing sales role. This role bridges client needs with internal execution, ensuring high-touch service, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency across commercial deposit teams, Salesforce and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales Officers, Operations, and Compliance to ensure a smooth transition and adherence to customer experience standards
  • Lead Salesforce and ZoomInfo integration efforts to enhance lead generation and data accuracy
  • Develop and distribute standardized monthly performance and forecast reports to leadership
  • Administer Commercial Deposits user onboarding in Salesforce, reducing setup time and improving scalability
  • Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and internal policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to automate pipeline and deal reporting, maintaining 90%+ data accuracy
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to track key performance     indicators (KPIs), sales productivity, and pipeline health
  • Analyze sales trends and business performance to identify actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to forecast performance and evaluate progress toward strategic objectives
  • Support the development and maintenance of performance management frameworks, sales scorecards, and incentive models
  • Utilize advanced Excel, AI tools, and business intelligence platforms to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making
  • Serve as a Salesforce power user and administrator, managing workflows, reports, dashboards, and user support
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions—thinking beyond the data to influence business direction
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Strategy, and Marketing to align insights and reporting with organizational goals
  • Lead other strategic or cross-functional projects assigned by the SVP, Commercial Deposit Sales & Strategy
  • Takes initiative to move the team forward

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst or sales support role, preferably in a performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, AI tools; experience with ZoomInfo a plus
  • Salesforce administrator experience required; ability to manage users, reports, dashboards, workflows, and basic automation
  • Strong experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Excel Copilot, Tableau AI, Power BI, ChatGPT)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear ambition to move into a front-line sales or business development role over time
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and make strategic recommendations
  • Persuasive communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
