Mission of the Role: AP analyst to become part of the Finance Shared service team.

Key Objectives of this Role:

• Monitor Supplier codes accuracy
• Supplier Care (Electpt)
• Perform weekly Payment Runs and Ad-hoc payments
• Support, Monitor and development Flexicapture
• Supplier Payment allocation
• Ledger and Sub ledger clearings
• Accounts Reconciliations
• Internal & External Audit Support
• Support in IT issues resolution (E-Invoicing, Flexicapture, VCash, VIPeR and QAD)

Key Year One Deliverables:

• The person should be able to understand all Visteon systems & applications used in AP team & process.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• Degree in Accounting, Management or related field;
• Microsoft Excel Knowledge;
• English knowledge is mandatory;
• Assertive Attitude; Communication skills; team work.

Reporting Structure: The role will report to Team leader in AP team.
