Key Responsibilities

 

• Primary responsibilities in the monthly review, preparation, posting, and reconciliation of the following accounts and maintaining relevant records and files.
  • Revenue recognition and corresponding unbilled receivable and deferred revenue.
  • Fixed assets including setup, depreciation, and reconciliations.
  • Prepaid expenses.
• Prepare Accounting memos for accounting changes and interpretations as needed.
• Record month-end accruals and other journal entries as needed during close.
• Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts, month-over-month comparison, and fluctuation analysis, as well as provide commentaries.
• Contribute to the implementation or improvement of SAP S/4HANA processes. Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
• Assist management with SAP projects related to department process improvements.
• Support for month-end reporting and year-end audit requests.
• Supports and adheres to the Company’s core values.
• Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.

 

Education & Experience

Required Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree

Required Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ to 7

 

Desired Education/Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required in the field of Accounting, Finance, etc.
• At least 5 years of related experience is required.
• Required/Desired Certifications: 
• CPA Preferred

Pay is in the range of $67,100 - $100,287 per year.  The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.  All candidates are encouraged to apply.
