The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $87,000.00 to $104,375.00.

This position is Exempt under the FLSA.

About the Position

The Programmer/Analyst Senior leads software development efforts and drives technical excellence across the team. The Programmer Analyst Senior architects, builds, and delivers modern applications while leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery. Responsibilities include full-stack development, system design, CI/CD pipeline management, code review, mentoring developers, and building scalable, maintainable software solutions that serve the court and its users.

Position Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:

  • Three (3) years of related experience, that includes software system design, programming and/or software systems and software support

OR

Combined education and experience qualifications:

  • An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Our Preferred Candidate has:

  • Experience in managing small teams.

  • Experience in UI and UX design.

  • Experience in converting Crystal Reports to SSRS technologies

  • Experience working in a Production Support environment

  • One (1) year or more of experience in .NET and web application development

  • Eight (8) years or more of experience in .NET and SQL and other Microsoft technologies

  • Two (2) years or more of experience in Angular

  • Four (4) years or more of experience in JavaScript

  • One (1) year or more of experience in test driven development and unit testing

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Knowledge of:

  • Relational database design, stored procedure creation, and query building using SQL Server

  • Page layout using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap

  • C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms, and ASP.NET Core

  • VBScript and (classic) ASP

  • Angular 2/TypeScript

  • Microsoft IIS 7/10, Self-Hosted server

  • Architecture principles, OOPS, Unit testing and Test-Driven Development
